Donovan is one of my go-to insurance agents offering affordable coverage for homeowner's, condo, and hurricane insurance coverage. Donovan also carries a real estate license, making him an all-around knowledgeable insurance agent to work with.
Allstate also offers auto, boat, motorcycle, life, business insurance, etc. and offers discounts if you bundle your policies.
My Favorite Title & Escrow Officers
Kauai has only three Title & Escrow companies to choose from but I still have my favorite agent to work with. Due to the high volume of real estate transactions on Kauai, escrow companies can get busy. As a loan officer, I like to work with companies that don't let the challenges of volume diminish the customer service. This is why I like working with Old Republic Title above the others.
